Today I want to introduce you to a spice that will improve your digestion, increase your metabolism and will help blast tummy fat.

Since you're already making meals, why not add some spice to give your metabolism a fun little spike at the same time with no extra effort. (For those of you that don't cook, you can just buy this spice and sprinkle :))

So let me introduce you to CUMIN.


Cumin

Several recent finding show that if you add Cumin to your diet you get an increase in your metabolism, you kick your immune system into better gear, you naturally detox your body, and burn fat a little faster.

My Findings…
When doing a little research I ran into a few studies:

An 8 week trial of 78 men and women showed those receiving Cumin lost an average of 2-3 lbs – better than those taking Orlistat.

Another study at Shahid University tested women on a controlled diet who were given cumin powder vs placebo.

The women given cumin powder lost 3 more pounds and decreased their body fat percentage by almost 15%. That's pretty fun just adding a little spice. PLUS if you tend to gain weight around your middle, cumin has shown to target abdominal fat.

How Much? 
Before you buy stock in cumin, all you need is about a 1 teaspoon of cumin powder daily.

How to use it

For the rest of you that have no idea how to use cumin in your diet, here are a few ways to use it: Mix it in to your yogurt, add it to your salad dressings or marinades, sprinkle it into cottage cheese or tea, or you can even get in capsule form (but I hate taking pills so I'd rather sprinkle the stuff over food).
