Did you step on the scale after a long weekend and go “Oh no! I just
had too much fun this weekend!???”

AHHHHH!!!

Then,  because you hate the number you saw, you panicked and quickly put some RULES in place that would ‘keep you on track' this week.

This past week I took my kids to see the new Trolls movie that's out.

In this movie the ‘bad guys, are what are called Bergens. These Bergens eat Trolls
in order to be happy.

In the movie they learn that they don't have to eat Trolls to be happy, but
rather, they can find ways inside of them- selves to be happy.

This REALLY struck me!

How often have you turned to food hoping that it would make
you happy?

I've done it so many times I could never count…

But the truth is, we don't need to eat food to feel happy – happiness needs to come
