The single biggest problem almost all women who struggle with emotional eating have is trying to stay in control in the late afternoon to evening.

From 3 pm on is typically the time where we feel the most pressure, when our stress peaks, and when we feel the weight of the world on your shoulders – and want RELIEF (can you say food!)

After spending time with so many powerful and successful women who struggle with emotional eating, lead me to see that most successful women haven't learned HOW to deal with their emotions properly.

And that it's NOT their fault!

Have you ever taken a class focused on how to address your emotions or how to deal with your alleviate stress?  Probably not – or if so, eat to relieve stress is probably still in practice.

I know I never learned these skills and it was clear that I needed to employ some new skills to address my emotions in new and healthy ways so I could start breaking my nasty afternoon eating habits!

Going on more diets and restricting calories never get to the root of WHY I was turning to food in the first place – and won't help you.
