Stop Thinking Fat Thoughts
If you’re like most people, you’ve spent years upon years thinking about what you will feel like, look like and act like once you get down to your “ideal” size? You fantasize about having a chiseled body that’s admired by all. A body that’s toned and tiny. How many hours each day have you spent thinking that there’s something wrong with your current body, or day dreaming about a better one?
I'm writing to you today because I want you to understand that all the time you've spent in this fashion is wasted time. You deserve better and you deserve to move on with your life. Those hours upon hours of thinking something's wrong with you are doing you absolutely no good!
Here's what you need to do: you must finally commit to end the mental war with your body. When you do, you will find there’s a whole lot of new space in your mind for new, more powerful thinking! If you’ve been spending hours each day beating yourself up, then now you have these hours to think about something else. Hmmmm, what should you think about?
Well I say, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a list, to dream big and create big.
