Still Experiencing Emotional Eating – Tap Into What You’re Feeling

Are you still experiencing periods where you rush to the kitchen, throw down some milk, chips, cookies…and then come out of what feels like a coma?
 
If you find yourself using food to numb out, you aren’t feeling! Nope, you’re out of your body and not feeling, which may feel good as long as you’re eating, but once the eating ends - here comes the guilt.
 
The guilt, shame and detachment from your body is really challenging, AND, I hate to say it, it’s really fattening.

Just imagine living your life naturally thin:

 
You run around and when your BODY wakes you up to hunger you eat, otherwise, you keep busy doing things you need to do in your life.
 
You’re not alone. Many people have disengaged from feeling. I too have had moments where if you asked me what I’m feeling, I’d give you a blank stare.
 
Getting into your body and feeling is a journey, but if you’re going to deal with emotional or binge eating, you’re gonna have to learn to feel at some point, right?
 
So we’re going to practice feeling on Tuesday night at ThinWithinU. I encourage you to join us. It’s gonna be a journey and whatever comes up for you will come up for you. Don’t worry, you’ll be safe and I’ll be guiding you.
