Your stomach is a muscle and every time you overeat, you stretch out your stomach a little bit. When you stretch out your stomach, you are able to hold more food in your stomach so it takes more and more food to fill you up, which results in weight gain.

That's why, when people have lap-band or gastric bypass surgery, they shrink their basketball size stomachs' down to the size of a prune. So obviously, if you're stomach is automatically shrunk down to the size of a prune, you'd fill up on food and reduce weight quickly.

Well what if you didn't have to go through expensive surgeries to do the very same thing?

To begin to naturally shrink your stomach down to a thinner you – you've got to stop overeating. Stop putting more food into your body then it needs.
