"I just wanted you to know that last year at this time, I was wearing a size 16 and yesterday I bought a pair of size 10 pants and they fit! Yea! A little snug but I am happy I can wear them. Your emails have helped keep me on track for the past year and I have been struggling for 20 years now but not anymore.
