Do you really want to slim down, yet on some level do you believe that you can’t lose weight?
When you unconsciously believe thinness and health is not possible for you, then your unconscious mind will do whatever it can to keep you manifesting what we truly believe versus what you desire most – so today let’s change that for you!

See, it’s important to understand that everything we do stems from our belief systems. We love analyzing your belief system so to help you assess yours, for the next six days we are offering a Think Thin to Get Thin Assessment.

If you see yourself as “fat” or “overweight” or “big boned” then your body will manifest that which you believe. It’s your perception of yourself that keeps you where you are.

On the other hand, if you see yourself as beautiful, strong, accomplished, capable of taking on the world in your gorgeous body, your mind and body will begin align with these thoughts.

If you believe you can’t change, then this is a false belief that needs major shifting. Maybe you were raised hearing that you were fat, or you heard a parent say they were fat or ‘had to lose weight' so now you carry around those same beliefs.  The way we were raised combined with the circumstances and events throughout our lives create your beliefs.

So How Do You Begin to Change?

1. Begin examining your beliefs and determine if these beliefs are supporting the thin, light, and healthy life you desire.

2. Begin to see yourself the way you desire NOW. Your mind is your most powerful tool of all creation and whatever you think about most you bring about most.

To change your body permanently you must first change your self-image from that of being overweight to being the ideal body weight you desire to be NOW, not later.

3. Rather than focusing on needing to lose weight, focus on being “light, lean, and healthy.”

4. To shift your self-image, begin by changing your inner dialogue and patterns of thought.

Begin thinking and speaking kindly of your body. Express kindness and honor yourself when you look in a mirror. When you make decisions that don’t serve your body – stop beating yourself up and just get curious and loving about why you made the choice you made.

By shifting your patterns of thought, you will shift your mindset from body frustration to having empowering thoughts that will enable you to accomplish your goals and dreams.
The more you think lovingly of yourself the more you will believe that you really can achieve your ideal body weight and the happiness you want.
