So why do people struggle?


#1   At some level they don’t really believe in themselves.
#2   Fear is costing them the body they desire. Therefore, their decisions and actions don’t end up attracting thinness but attracting more weight. (Be honest with yourself . . . do you follow through with your weight and body plans?)

 

#3   They do not have a clear LONG-TERM plan that moves them toward being thin – nobody wants to be on a diet forever (that's why 99% of people don't stick with them)!

 

I’ve been coaching women and men for 18 years now.

22 years ago I had this ah-ha moment while sitting in my dorm room – “if I wanted to get rich, I would study rich people. Well, if I want to get thin, I should be studying thin people!” 
And in studying these thin people I learned that the naturally thin  don't diet!

I had to re-learn a new thin way to think and eat. Once I learned and applied this thin findings, my weight dropped, and it did the same for the people below!

 

Lara
Lara spent 20 years as an emotional eater struggling to lose weight and express her emotions in a constructive way.
