I know that many of you are curious to the results of the survey that so many of you filled out a few weeks ago. Well today I'm revealing the results of our weight loss survey to you.

I've read every single response and I promised you that I would share the results.  I am blown away with how serious and honest you tookit. The answers were incredibly personal and I want to thank you for sharing what's really up for you around your body and weight. 

 
I could feel how important it is for you to finally get a handle on this area of your life.

  • 76% of you want to lose weight for health.
     
  • Over 51% of you shared with me is that the biggest issue you are struggling with is emotional eating.  28.6% of you are struggling with not sticking to your eating and exercise plan and 14.3% of you are struggling with committing to a program and staying with it.

     

  • 51% of you want focused support, (emotional eating support, mindful eating strategies, thinking thin support) and 47% of you would like accountability.
     

You are all so “in touch” with your bodies and with what you need. I feel so happy to have this kind of mature community around me that takes action and takes things seriously (so thank you).
