Phase 1:

Phase 1 is all about learning the principles of thinking, eating and living thin. Learning to think and live thin will change your life! By learning and applying these thin principles: you will see immediate weight loss, you will feel amazing in your clothes, you will gain more confidence in yourself, and you will truly start to see how you can become naturally thin and stay naturally thin forever.

Phase 2:

Phase 2 is all about learning to put a stop to all emotional eating patterns. "Reflecting on the past year, the only word that fits for me is "FABULOUS". In the past 8 months I have lost 83 pounds.
