Consistency Holds the Key to Slimming Down
You know that slimming down doesn’t just happen without focus. You can, however, inadvertently limit your success simply by misunderstanding what it’s going to take to achieve it.
With all the different diets out there focused on helping you slim down, it’s easy to create a complicated image of what you think is necessary to get your body looking fabulous.
In reality, there’s really only one thing you need to do: Eat like the naturally thin and do it consistently.
If you want to slim down quickly, the secret is to live by my naturally thin principles consistently. Even if you pick one or two that you’re not doing now, and start
implementing them day-in and day-out, you will start to see awesome body results.
Here are 3 ways to immediately enjoy awesome weight loss results fast:
Consistency Tip #1: Track Your New Behaviors
Get in the habit of tracing your new naturally thin behaviors each meal – without exception. The easiest way to do this is to print out the form I give you that’s available at ThinWithinU and start using it at each meal.
I’ve made this tracking form so easy that all you have to do is place check marks and numbers during each meal and in less then 10 seconds you're done.
Consistency Tip #2: Keep in the Thin-Conversation
Whether you're busy or not, keep listening to audios that inspire you, that keep you in the thin conversation each week. Audios are great to listen to while you’re
driving or what I like to do is walk and listen to my audios – the kids love it and it’s great for my body.
There are over 100 audios in ThinWithinU and many members just simply download a few each week to keep in the conversation.
Listening to the audios is one way that some of my clients have dropped upwards of 80 pounds. How? They didn’t let a week go by that they didn’t stay connected to their new thin behaviors.
Consistency Tip #3: Follow The 1% Rule Each Day
Strive for just a 1% increase in what you're doing each day to slim down and before you know it, you will have a new body and new behaviors too!
Too often I see women get excited about slimming down and want to do everything – only to be left burned out and frustrated after a few days.
This is why I recommend starting small and adding just 1% to what you’re currently doing.
Break up your thin goals into tiny doable steps and day by day make a commitment to accomplish them. This is a powerful Kaizen technique that I use with my
clients. I’ve seen many men and women start walking for two minutes, then three and now they run 40 minutes with ease. They didn’t get there over night, but their
commitment to doing just 1% more gets them results.
Remember that no action leads to no results.
Small steps each day will get you to your goals – and your dreams of having a slimmer and trimmer figure; one which you deserve.

Hi Marna, I just found your blog and so glad I did. I have been on the path to Intuitive Eating for almost a year. I have stayed at the same weight due to spats of emotional eating. Do you have any tips on beating emotional eating?
