If any of you watched my poor Broncos get slaughtered yesterday in the Super Bowl, it was a sad sad site. But, I'm over it now and I'm excited to talk to you today about you getting connected to your Thin Power.

So what is Thin Power?

Thin Power is the part of you where you feel alive, powerful, excited and aligned with your body – where stepping into thin actions is easy and effortless and where you feel beautiful and powerful. It's like when you are in “the zone” and everything just works. That's what thin power is all about.

I see loads of women who come to me suppressing their thin power. If you are suppressing your thin power and want to know how to get into your personal thin power, here are 3 tips:

1. Start with Your Inner Dialogue 

Your inner dialogue is so unbelievably powerful, so make sure you keep it positive and focused in the direction you want to head in to next. If you are disconnected from your thin power it's because you are giving into feeling badly about yourself, your weight or a behavior causing you to gain weight

Instead of giving power to what didn't work – instead, dig deep into the thin power that's within you and start focusing on where you are successful, what excites you about being thin. Stop giving your power away to the inner dialogue that's standing in your way and start getting connecting to how unbelievably amazing you are!

 

2. Begin Acting As-If

How many things are you putting off in your life until you “get thin”?  Maybe it's dancing, wearing sexy lingerie, having a photo shoot, or perhaps signing up for a new class. Step into your thin power now by asking yourself “when I'm at my ideal weight, how will I think about myself, what activities will I engage in, and how will I show up I the world?” 

Once you've asked yourself this question, it's time to start acting-as-if you are that person. Sign up for a class, make plans to go dancing, get sexy lingerie in the size that you're at now!  Use your energy to align with your thin power by start acting-as-if so thinness will show up automatically. 

3. Get in the thin-game and stop being lazy

Stop putting important things off that you want to do in your life until you get thin. Be the person you want to be. Build up some courage and walk into your life knowing that in a matter of days, weeks and months, your body and weight will be entirely different. Get your thin power on by getting in the game of life and play full out! It's easy to sit on your bootie and not feel like going out, so push yourself and move your life forward. 

The naturally thin live this way often and I want you to have the same experience. Step into a bigger life then you have and start doing things that you've been putting off. No more excuses. Your thin power needs this from you!
