One thing I’ve learned about the mindless eating is that although I have some awesome strategies, they work best when you can email a buddy to help you get through that dark place, that ugly moment, that need for food just because.

The more support you have as you journey out of mindless eating, the more permanent your results!

I’m combining my knowledge with the support of ThinWithinU members to blast you out of your mindless eating funk and into a thinner body.

I am offering this support group through my membership site, www.ThinWithinU.com twice each month. The support group cost is just $1 for the first month and then just $19.95 per month after as long as you'd like to be part of this group and the thinwithinu community.
