6 Questions To Help You Get Honest With Yourself About Your 2012 Body Goals
Are you ready to have your best body year ever in 2012? I know that most people need a little help getting organized and focused when it comes to figuring out where to start with their yearly goals.
So, I've created a six-part system to help you figure out what you'd really like to achieve this year. Let me be your weight loss coach and coach you to see what's working and what's not working for you.

Here are 6 questions to ask yourself to set you up for success this up and coming year.
#1: What did you do for your body that went really well this last year?
- even if you didn't achieve everything you wish you had for your body, there were probably some wonderful accomplishments, list them.
#2: Why did it go well?
- rarely do people think about WHY good things happened with their body. Be sure to examine this. Were there certain things you did, said to yourself, believed, ate?
#3: How can you do more of it?
- Let's amplify your successes for 2012
#4: What could have gone better?
- find the top 2-3 areas where there's room for improvement for your body (night eating, overeating, self-talk, overeating at work, etc.)
#5: What will you do differently with your body this year?
- What are you going to stop doing completely, get help around, or get better at in 2012?
#6: What could make achieving your body goals faster and easier?
- What would put you in the fast lane to slim down and feel awesome
even faster? Maybe hiring a coach, participating in a support group
or quickly making new habits?
Make sure you've set specific goals like...
- What size clothing you will fit into and by what date
- Specific thoughts or beliefs you’d like to begin thinking
- What new pattern you’re going to make
- What resources you’re going to need by when
