If you think you have to be PERFECT before STARTING to feel amazing in our clothes, workout, or have a mentor – nothing could be further from the truth!!

I know that you have many different goals in a number of different areas and it can get all muddled and confusing as to where to start and what to do.

In order to keep you clear and focused this summer, follow these three steps to get you out of perfectionistic mode and into clarity and action…

1. Pick three areas you want to focus on this summer (for example health, relationships and fitness).
2. Choose what outcome you’d like to see in each of these areas (for example: health: feel comfortable wearing tank tops – make sure you are extremely clear).
3. Come up with a 1-step plan to accomplish each of these three areas of focus (for example: to tone my arms I will invest in a coach to guide my workouts to attain a slim and trim body this summer so I can be totally accountable to someone in achieiving this goal.
Don’t wait! Push through any worry and fear. You can do it. You don’t have to wait, just begin.
