I used to feel this magnetic pull to keep eating. Like there was some force bigger then my sheer will that wanted me to keep eating the 4th piece of pizza, the whole bar of chocolate or the entire bag of M&Ms.

 

Then I learned how to use mental tools to help me calm and relax my constant overeating and bingeing episodes.  I learn how to use NLP and visualization, and with practice and repetition, the results were great, so I tried these techniques with my clients and they got great results with repetition and practice too!
